From New Jersey/Delaware Water Gap:

Take Rt. 80 West to the Tannersville Exit 299 (Crossing Outlets Exit) & go left on Rt. 715 South.  Go approximately 4 miles & make a left onto Neola Road.  Mountain View Vineyard is located approximately 1.8 miles on the left-hand side.

From the Lehigh Valley:

Take Rt. 22 West to Rt. 33 North to the Lehighton Exit, then first exit (Sciota).  Go right at the stop sign at the end of the ramp onto Rt. 209.  Go approximately 0.5 miles & make a left onto Neola Road.  Mountain View Vineyard is located approximately 3.5 miles on the right-hand side.

From Scranton/Wilkes-Barre:
